Although we were a bit unsure about the area surrounding this hotel (I am from Orange County in California), this seemed like an oasis, and we were very much right. At the center of the hotel, with a view from all of the courtyard-facing rooms, is a lushly designed space, complete with putting green, hot tub, pool, and fitness room! We were pleasantly surprised by how tranquil the courtyard felt as well as the quality and variety of fitness equipment. We couldn't enjoy the pool and hot tub (new tattoos), but other guests were lounging in the space to tan and swim. My fiancé and I explored the food in the area and particularly liked the Mexican restaurant within walking distance from the hotel - with live music! Plus, it doesn't hurt to also have Handel's ice cream and Nothing But Bundt's cakes within walking distance, if you have a sweet tooth like we do. :) As introverts, we can be very reserved with people but the housekeeping staff was amazing and came every day to clean our room. During our stay, Lynetta stopped by, and she was absolutely wonderful: she was polite, kind, funny, respectful, and made us feel more at home.

This is my third stay at 3 Palms Tucson, and each stay has been wonderful. I was upgraded to a King Suite, and I may be voluntarily booking a suite for future visits. I really appreciated the full size fridge, as I bring and/or purchase my food on location. The mini-kitchen was SO handy. I bring my own dishes and coffee-pot, but those were provided if one needs them. I liked the room set-up where the king bed, bathroom, and one 55" TV is on one side of the divided room, and the other side contains a living room arrangement with sofa, another 55" TV, and mini-kitchen. This set-up is perfect for situations where one person might stay up later or get up earlier than the other.

3 Palms Tucson offers a great blend of luxury and convenience without the high price tag. The modern decor is sleek and stylish, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds and a large satellite TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The pool and spa area can accommodate many guests. Its location is another big plus—close to a variety of restaurants, making dining options easily accessible. Overall, it's a great option for those looking for a comfortable, upscale stay at a more affordable price.

The rooms were very nice. The decor of the room made it look like a 5 star hotel. Best part was the walk-in shower with multiple streams from the shower head. My girlfriend really liked the lamps. Bed was very comfortable and i slept very good. Hotel was on a main road that led to all kind of restaurants and other stores. The pool area had plenty of seating, a shelter area with a grill, pool and hot tub and a little putting course for golfers. Hotel actually gave off an apartment/condo style living so it felt very homey.

Stayed here before and liked it. King suite is a well laid out room. Owners have done a nice job updating an older property. The location is great if you want to be in that area. Convenient to many restaurants and destinations in that area. Property backs on Tohono Chul park which is a lovely place.
